        Don't like leaving bad feedback. No hard feelings. Booked appointment for 3.30 this morning, so had to rearrange my work meetings and lunch. mr Nooral turns up 8 mins late, then tells me he had double booked me. Thanks for showing me how unprofessional you are in first meeting, gone to a reputable online accountancy firm now.
