Booked a taxi to Stansted airport with plenty of time to spare. Kilo cars were unaware that the M11, THE major motorway to Stansted was, and had been closed every weekend. Our driver did his best but unfortunately after being in the car for two and a half hours we missed our flight. On calling kilo to ask why they had not been aware of the M11 closure, they said it was not their responsibility and although we had lost hundreds of pounds and were stranded at the airport showed no sympathy and accepted no responsibility. My advice. Find another cab company.

Good sevice most times, had an experience of standing in the rain for about 15 minutes even though the taxi was prebooked. All the taxies I have taken from the station have been polite and nice drivers.
