Finally able to sleep properly for the 1st time in over a year! I have various back conditions however developed left sided sciatica in Sept 22, i am under nhs specialists but it took 3 years just to get a f2f appt. Over the years i have seen physio's, osteopaths and chiropractors in abundance, none ever worked so when my partner recommended FHH i was skeptical. I could not have been more wrong! My mobility was so limited and out of desperation i contacted FHH. I got an appt consult with Ayo who is absolutely amazing, personable, professional, experienced and knowledgeable! We both agreed on what to focus on and what my expectations were but nothing could have prepared me for the relief from pain i had been suffering for so long! I limped in walking at an odd angle and when treatment was finished was able to get up without doing bed transfer! The pain was so greatly reduced i was able to stand better and walk better and almost 3 days later it is still working! Thank you Ayo, Jarsha ( appt booking, comms and info were amazing ) and FHH you are amazing and have a lifelong client now!!! x

The real professionals who are result orientated. I have been going to Payal for many many years and she and her team has never let me down and always sort out my musculo skeletal issues. Her fee is very competitive as to what she does. 100% Recommend

What more can say than this place is 5 stars, from as soon as you walk in the door its clean, professional and staff are very welcoming, Ayo who looks after me for issues with my back is amazing I couldnt recommend Ayo and the family health hub enough.
