Elain helped me to find simple solutions to better think through social situations I was struggling with at work and with family. She helped me better manage my thinking process and use techniques to heal from relationship trauma. After these counselling sessions, I feel more confident about expressing my needs and boundaries.

I visited Elain for hypnotherapy to help with my driving. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, i felt completely comfortable as soon as i arrived. And the results were fantastic- last night i picked up a friend and drove down country lanes and big roundabouts that previously would have filled me with absolute panic but i was completely relaxed behind the wheel and no longer get anxiety when I know I need to drive somewhere. I really struggled in 2022. Without Elains guidance and reassuring demeanour Id still be a mess in 2023. Id never had counselling before and was scared to death of starting it. But admitting you need helps a brave step and Elain is the best person to talk you through it, online or in person!
