I would not recommend this company. Having spent a long time searching for a specific spec mini that I wanted, I finally found a car online. I booked to view the car, and made the hour and a half journey to look at it. I then spent four hours with Tony looking at the car and going for a test drive. I made it clear that I wanted to purchase the car. I chased this up several times afterwards, as nothing seemed to be progressing. I explained again that I was happy to pay the deposit I needed to in order to secure the car. I had already stopped looking for other cars at this point as I had assumed all was well and I was buying the car that I loved. After a while of still not hearing back from Tony, I chased it up yet again. Tony then informed me that his sister 'might' be buying the car. When I expressed my frustration he said that family would always take precedence. I was angry at that point as he had not been transparent. I then politely asked if he would let me know as soon as possible if his sister is definitely buying the car. I waited for two weeks and never heard from Tony again. I have no idea who Tony sold the car to, to his sister or otherwise. Poor service, and unfortunately not trustworthy. Cannot recommend this company unless you want to be let down, disappointed and wish to waste lots of your time!

Mixed feelings. I bought a car from them and the Comms were good and it was fairly straight forward transaction. The car broke down in the warranty which turned out to be a flat battery. In hindsight, I should have known this as the start/stop never worked from purchase. Having not had a start/stop before, I wasn't really experienced with this. When breakdown came out they showed me the results of the battery tests, and it needed replacing. I had it done on the spot because I didn't want to get stuck and be re-calling breakdown again. I complained about this to the dealership, they said I should have told them before having it done which I agreed with. However I did explain I suffer from anxiety and needed the battery changing quite urgently for convenience. They agreed to re-imburse a fair price for the battery which I was happy with. I also noticed that the air con made a loud whistling sound. I advised them of this, so they asked me to come to their garage which was over an hour drive. I did this, and Lino was there on arrival. They proceeded to tell me in a rather patronising fashion that this was just the gas releasing from the cannister. They did not undertake any checks, and proceeded to laugh about it. Recently I had the air con serviced because it was not cold anymore. On the service and re-gas, guess what, there was a leak! Not only that, but once fixed, no whistling sound from the air con. I guess because im a young woman, they thought that I was not knowledgeable on such subjects and their attitude was a bit patronising.

We've bought two cars from Tony within the last three months (first got stolen). buying a second-hand car can be very intimidating but each time he was incredibly professional and helpful. He went above and beyond for us and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful dealer to buy a car from. Spoke with Lino on the phone about a Citroen C3. Set up the finance and everything quickly. Home delivery offered by Lino also quicly. Can't recommend them enough. The car I got is really lovely.
