        From start to finish, the service we received from the team at Davis Estates was outstanding. All email correspondence was replied to quickly, even our many probably silly questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. James even went to the lengths of printing documents for us when our technology let us down at a crucial moment. It is vital to have competent professionals working in your best interests at what can be a super stressful time, and we really can't recommend Davis estates too highly.

However, the great service provided by the friendly and approachable staff at Davis Estates made what could have been a daunting process so much easier and more enjoyable.         We had been on the market with another local estate agent for over 6 months and had very little support from them after the first few weeks. Then we remarketed our house and went with Davies. They could not have been more differant. As they are a smaller agents everyone is invested in selling your house. Then once sold, our sale got very complicated, but James and the team still acted as go between with the different solicitors etc. We finally exchanged and completed on the same day, and we cant thank them enough. They are local and know the market, we will always now avoid the corporate agents. Thankyou James, Chris and team.
