Both Antonio and Carl are so kind and very professionals and as a woman in the house I do not feel intimidated with their presence, both were so friendly and helpful. Have had Antonio and his men do 2 separate jobs for me during the pandemic. He fitted a shower cubicle and shower for my mother in law and a new toilet and re tile for my mum. On both occasions he done a fantastic job. Very accommodating as my mum is bed bound he had the utmost respect for her needs. I would thoroughly recommend parallel plumbing without hesitation. Any future jobs will be done by parallel plumbing. A big thanks to Antonio and his guys

Arranged a viewing for a re-pipe work and I was given reassurance I will get a quote within 1-2 days. Never got a quote and was a complete waste of time. Found another company who took the job on. Ive changed the review form one star to three star. Although he was courteous, its a shame as you say you needed an email, not once did you ask for this, in fact you stated you would message me the quote by text.
