        The Lady at the appointment line was the worse ever service I have ever received, she was asking for a prove of ID to register my fianc but passport and BRB is not accepted, so tell me what else is better off to prove your identity, all she wanted is to get me off the telephone whereby i need to register and book an appoint for pain reason, what about if I am really sick, I cant rely on this clinic.

        It's very slow paced and disorganised.. I try to avoid if I can and go hospital instead.
