I really cant understand some of the reviews I am seeing here. For me, all my visits to the Ardleigh Green Surgery have been very good. The staff were and are efficient and friendly, listened and understood my needs. Makes such a difference at a time where a visit is for health concerns, and you possibly already feel troubled . Any phone communication I have had has been patiently addressed, and Ive managed to get an appointment within a reasonable time. So, a good framework for the Doctors to work within, and I saw Dr Sinah. Once again, no problems for me, understood my needs, diagnosed my issue, resolved my problem. I have used the surgery for as long as I can recall, and never come away feeling dissatisfied. Its easy to forget the daily lives of Drs, nurses and staff is hard work, we need to appreciate the assistance we get and understand they are only trying to help us in an underfunded system that needs support. I know I will still go back again if I do need them, and I am reassured they are always there to help and take care of me.

I have to say, I dont know why there are ANY bad reviews for this surgery. Ive never experienced a service like this is any GP practice Ive been with before them. I requested a medical evidence and it was completed that day ready for me to collect! The staff here are always very attentive, friendly and polite and Im so glad I managed to be able to become a patient at this practice. Cant fault them at all, such a lovely hardworking team and Im glad Ive been able to give my honest opinions here as they deserve it! X

Avoid at all costs, terrible service. Can never get appointments and I had to chase for a simple email to be sent, which has delayed my treatment. I even posted a letter through the door and they managed to miss it. Impossible to contact as they switch their phones off after a certain time. How is this patient care

I clearly understand the pressure on the nhs. But this surgery is absolutely awful, to top it off you can cleary tell the RECEPTIONIST over there couldnt care less about their patients. No professionalism, rude and defiantly not bothered about anything apart from their paycheck.
