        Disappointed with the service of Mastercool. Was told our 4 x A/C units were unserviceable and needed to replaced at a cost of approx 7000+VAT. On second opinion from another company, not only are the A/C units working(been temporarily fixed) but the new company have given options of what could be done and variation of prices. We were told by Mastercool there was a faulty compressor and PCB board when in fact there wasnt. Felt pressurised to enter into a service contract because wouldnt really do a one-off callout, took ages to get an engineer around and in store, its as if they dont want your business. Wanted to use a small local company and support but will NEVER use this company again and have already told friends and family the same. Really disappointed and the only person who was very helpful by email was Kathy Archer.
