    Arrived at reception and waited at to check in whilst the person in front complained that they had not been accommodated in the room that they had paid for. Not exactly a great start....... we were then checked in and found our room which was nice enough and as expected. The room was very hot with no aircon or even a fan. After settling in we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant which I can only describe as one of the worst dining experiences I have encountered. We were a group of 5, 2 couples and a well behaved 5 year old girl. Once sat at our table it was over 15 minutes before our order for a drink or food was taken and then an hour before it arrived. The meals were not served at the same time with 2 meals (one being the childs) being served 10 minutes after the initial 3. During the time we ate it became clear that the majority of people In the restaurant were not happy as I overheard atleast 2 other tables complain. A shabby dining experience that I would 100% not reccomend NOT visit again. I would also just like to point out that the majority of staff were doing there best but were not sufficiently trained and under resourced. (The only member of staff on the main bar had been working there less than a week and did not know where to find the drinks or which glass to serve them in)
