Really great time at Dotty, so relaxing. Loads of different choices of pottery to paint for the young ones. Staff are super friendly and always happy to help.

I do not normally complain but I had a very stressful time with my 3 grandchildren. They had practised what they were going to paint and were superexcited. Firstly the girl in charge explained about the set up way over their heads, secondly most of the paint pots were empty ...both of these I could understand and dismiss but thirdly my grandson got into a loud stropp because he'd made a mistake..me thinking that it couldn't be remedied said he'd just have to change it to something else..he was deeply upset and spoiled the birthday treat for granddaughter with his sadness. On collecting ceramics the same girl in charge said she saw the whole incident and his plate had been salvagable but as I didn't ask for help she didn't offer it. Poor service..I took it to the owners who said sorry can't help as it wasn't a ceramic issue! If only she'd asked if we'd needed help all would have been solved. Poor service on that day by the girl in charge...an expensive and stressful afternoon..not helped by insipid reply by owners.
