        TW houses are up to spec as per but a few issues as expected. Parking is fine. Zero amenities if one does not drive. Often noisey (parties etc) as to be expected in a close proximity estate. Still well into construction pase, so pavements/roads unfinished/ bumpy. (as of Aug 2019). will be quite pleasant if maintained in a year or two.
