Thompson & Morgan

Useless. Sister company of Dobies whos customer service is rubbish. Ordered 6 Eucalyptus from Thompson and Morgan, arrived and died as had no root ball, what a con. Then made the mistake of ordering from Dobies who turns out to be the sister company of Thompson and Morgan rather then Dobbies who are a reputable company. They arrived in November and again died and on investigation no root ball. Six emails later still no resolution. Avoid these companies

Bought a product via wowcher that they had advertised. It was never in stock in the first place! There was no contact to inform me and 3 weeks had gone by without any updates.

Had to give one star, though I feel this is giving far too much credit. I tried to change my order 20 minutes after completing online as I noticed it had prefilled my old address. I was told it was too late to change the order!!!! No customer service. Avoid this company.

Absolutely terrible delivery, ordered 2 tiny tree ferns on 5th June, still not here, poor communication, very very disappointed.. Will never order from this company again..
