A highly professional company that went out of their way to help me. Unfortunately the property I was after was already gone by the time I was to view it but the team tried to find me alternatives which were regrettably not in the area I needed. Would definitely use them again.

Not impressed with this agency. Very unprofessional and seem to have their own agenda for everything as opposed to their clients best interests.

From initial contact with Landbridge we were beyond impressed by their professionalism and personalised approach. Essentially the breadth of the teams experience and knowledge resulted in achieving a result far outstripping our initial expectations. Landbridge oversaw everything from acquisition of a site to obtaining planning then onwards sale, and took us in a direction we had never even considered but certainly maximised every value possible. We were so pleased to have been recommended this firm to handle our project.

Spoke to the lettings department and arranged a viewing for a property in Campsea Ashe. We went well out of our way to see this property as quickly as possible and we were the first to arrange a viewing. Upon arriving we were told the house had been viewed by someone just 15 minutes prior. So basically they had snuck in front of us. When we left the property viewing we immediately called up to say we wanted to proceed although we were told the property had gone and that the previous people had taken it. We had our time completely wasted by these people and the snotting lady on the end of the phone was no help at all. I genuinely felt this was fixed and that somehow the people that viewed before us were linked in some way to estate agency. Conspiracy aside, this estate agency is a pompous, nose up type of place and clearly won't last long in the field with these tactics. Avoid!
