        The whole experience with dealing with the service team was outstanding. Was kept up to date through the whole process! I was expect to have to take my car back in after a diagnostic but they fixed it there and then! Massive Thankyou to both of the Chloes on the service desk who were super helpful and made my day so much better! I will be recommending this service to everyone I know that owns a Volvo! Ive never had a bad experience here and I refuse to go anywhere else!

        Just bought my XC90 from Snows. Simply put - a fantastic, easy and extremely professional experience. Mark Knight was brilliant to work with - answered all my questions, took his time to walk me through it all, gave me sound advice and support and made it very enjoyable throughout.         Just a short review to thank Mark Knight and the team at Snows Volvo in Winchester for the excellent service when replacing my current XC70 with a B5 XC60. The family have been great supporters of Volvo for many years with my father having owned 2 Volvo Estates in the past and also having previously owned two XC70 estates myself. The cars have proved great workhorses as my children were growing up with masses of room for dogs and for trips to take my 3 children and there belongings to and from University. I am very pleased with my latest XC60 and the latest technology and thoroughly enjoyed the trip down to Winchester to collect it Despite being stuck in a 4 hour traffic jam on my return journey the car was a pleasure to drive and very comfortable Thanks again to the Team at Snows who were a pleasure to deal with
