Gordon Hill is an amazing personal trainer, he has really helped me with my form in certain exercises along with streamlining my exercise so I utalise my time better in the gym. He is prompt and quick to respond to any questions you regarding workouts. 10/10 will gym again.

Gordon is a great personal trainer who goes the extra mile to personalise each workout to get the best results. I started training with some specific injuries, and he's gone out of his way to tailor the programme to meet my needs. He clearly knows his stuff and focuses a lot on technique but doesn't get lost in the jargon - instead he's found a really good way of explaining not just how to do specific exercises, but also why they are important. He communicates really well and is easy to get on with. I'm already seeing some great changes in a relatively short of space of time. Highly recommended!

I can not recommend Gordon highly enough. He applies his considerable knowledge to target your specific requirements and produces amazing results. If you are looking for a personal trainer who will encourage you to work hard and yet manage to make all your sessions enjoyable, then this is your man.

Gordon has been my personal trainer for 6 weeks now and I can honestly say he has changed my life. I was on a "downward spiral" - his words not mine - but somebody had to say them to me. I was existing, not living my life - not exercising, poor diet and drinking far too much alcohol. As a result I had put on weight, felt depressed, low energy levels and zero motivation to change anything. Then along came Gordon...(I will spare the details but seeing myself in a photo at a wedding made me do something). In respect of physical training Gordon is very motivational, he explains everything clearly and doesn't mind if he has to explain something a dozen times. He varies the exercises which stops it from being boring and you never quite know what is coming - probably a good thing! This guy is not just about the physical stuff though. He understands about emotional well-being as part of the journey too. He is a kind man and will listen when I need to off-load. He is never judgemental but will offer gentle bits of advice here and there in the hope that some will eventually sink in. My journey has only just started and I have a long way to go. However, in 6 weeks (2 sessions a week) I can see a difference physically and mentally. Pre- Gordon, my life was heading in completely the wrong direction but now with his help I am definitely on the right road. I can't thank Gordon enough.
