Minds Aligned uk

I couldn't recommend hypnotherapy with 'Minds Aligned UK' enough. I've long struggled with both endometriosis p&in, and as a result of endo, chronic bloating. I came to Laura having exhausted all medical routes, and feeling very hopeless. Laura was able to assess what course of action was best for me, and worked with me over a few weeks to build back up the control I had over my body. I now experience far fewer symptoms and feel I have much more power over the situation. I cannot begin to explain the effect this has had on my life, and I will forever be grateful for the help Laura has given me. Anyone with a chronic illness like endo will understand what an all encompassing thing it can be, and to have someone who can help lift some of the weight off is priceless. Note: The language in this review may seem mild to people who have this illness, or others like it. This is only as Google will delete my review if the language is too 'upsetting'.

Laura's help was invaluable in getting me through the PTSD and associated mental health and confidence issues caused by spousal infidelity. Laura has great empathy and knowledge and I would wholeheartedly recommend end her to anyone needing help.

If you have a teenager who is struggling with anxiety or depression I would urge you take them to see Laura. We cant recommend her highly enough. From the first meeting we could see a difference. Laura is a lovely lady who genuinely cares. Were very grateful for her help.
