Pleasant sales staff who left us alone to look at the Audi; just what we wanted.

Throughout the process he was excellent, and the car was presented very well.
The whole process was really positive, no rubbish sales one-liners, fixed what I noticed properly and in a timely manner.
The car was then delivered when it was expected, and again, in a good condition.
So far i've not had to try their warrantees, and have an MOT in March, so fingers crossed, but so for the moment i'm very happy with the car and experience as a whole, and would recommend Mark and the team to anyone looking.

Parking sensors haven't worked since collecting the car last month. Took the car back 2/3 days after collection to be fobbed off and told to rebook for 3 weeks time, offered a valet and a tank of fuel for our inconvenience.
the booking has now came around today and now told something different to what was said 3 weeks ago and has to go back to garage again!
The car wasn't valeted as promised either as on the job card it stated wash and vacuum free of charge? Nothing but false promises and lies. I know the car was a used car but after spending five figures on a car you would expect much better service!
Now sat waiting for yet another date to get the car booked it not to get fixed

Now the car has been returned, not cleaned at all and no tank of fuel! Cant even deleiver on items you promise on as a good will gesture! What awful service and company you are
