    Totally useless business and service. We have a security issues in our building which it makes security far from standards requirements and there is no care at all about it. I have been ask to contact the landlord when I am renting from an agency so the process will be even longer. I have tried to explain the issues but I have been constantly interrupted with the question "do you own the property?". The landlord is not the person leaving here and if one of the tenants says there is a issues with the locks of both of the doors in the building, leaving the doors constantly open for everybody to come in you should start to look at what you can do to fix the issue. No wonder why you have 1,7 stars. I will raise this issues even with council and housing to see if there is somebody slightly more professional that can take charge of this issue.

    Worst housing association I've dealt with. I told them several times I want communication via email and they barely update me on anything. 28% service charge increase, change of postbox keys, front door lock. None of it was communicated with me. They also forgot to send me invoices and then slapped on an "initial fee" and "DRA fee" whatever those things mean.

    I'm not particularly sure why the Accounts Receivables team never replies to emails. I've been trying to get in contact with them since 27th Jan regarding service charges. My property manager, keeps forwarding my emails to them but it seems like it's going into a black hole.
