I received a great service from Joe from start to finish. I bought the vehicle unseen, and arranged delivery to my home. I was not disappointed - the car was exactly as described and arrived as arranged and beautifully valeted. Joe kept me informed at all times and arranged for a minor fault to be repaired before I took delivery. Highly recommended.

In around May 2021, I purchased a car from Rykar. For the most part, I was dealing with Joe, however I did also have some contact with Jack, the director. Once I decided to purchase the car, we arranged a date that the car would be delivered to me. The delivery was unexpectedly delayed and was not explained by Rykar, despite numerous attempts to find out. After almost pulling out of the sale, I was finally informed that the vehicle was damaged since I had agreed to purchase the car, no fault of their own, allegedly. Whilst I have no issues with Rykar about this, they did not inform me of this until I almost pulled out of the sale. Clearly, the business had no intention of making me aware of this, and the delay in delivery was clearly the body shop attempting a repair (which, thankfully, was done well). I believe any business should be open and honest with its customers (without being forced to), so this decision completely removed most trust and respect I had for them. You can clearly see where their priorities lied. On the other hand, the car has been driving well, and they offered competitive finance. They also applied their business logo sticker on the rear window, but they removed the rear facing camera (and adhesive strip) from where it was stuck, and let the camera dangle down. What a ridiculous decision... The car was cleaned very well, and they delivered the car to my home, inclusive of the price. Sadly, due to their deception, I will not consider dealing with Rykar again. Everything else, on the other hand, went swimmingly.

Id been looking for a Porsche Boxster for a while when I came across a high spec one for sale at Rykar. On calling up to arrange a viewing, they were able to see me the same afternoon. Joe and his colleagues were excellent - friendly and helpful without pressuring me to buy. The car was exactly as advertised and very well priced, and Joe also offered me a good part-exchange value on my current car. The buying process was very straightforward - Joe was very open and honest, which made agreeing a deal quick and easy. When an unexpected issue came up with the car I was looking to part-exchange, Rykar were very flexible. I am delighted both with my new car and the service Ive received. Ill return in the future and will be recommending Rykar to friends.
