Im only writing this review due to my bad experience with orbital recruitment hiring for this warehouse as blame is passed from orbital to Alloga, Orbital recruitment have put out job ads without knowing when the start date is, Ive been waiting 2and a half weeks for a start date since I was invited to site for a walk and talk, nothing was mentioned on the first call about no start dates, they decided to wait for me to use my time and energy to go to site before telling me this info, 2 and a half weeks later they still have no idea of a start date and the orbital agent keeps blaming alloga, telling me how things always change etc but the agency posted the ad in the first place, dont advertise a job unless you know of a possible start date, these days people cant afford for you to waste their time by making wait weeks to start a job role! Ive never worked for orbital before and after this poor experience I will never apply for a job with them again and Im hoping others wont waste time with them! Alloga, Id defo choose a different agency to hire for your warehouse as orbital are clearly amateurs and they are not reliable
