Wouldn't order volume runs with Davpack again. They tell you "the production may over- or under- run by 10% of the total volume". They don't tell you that you'll be forced to pay for the overproduction if they do overproduce. So you need to order 10% more than you actually need in order to ensure you get the correct volume. Then they overproduce by 10%. And charge you for the pleasure of their dreadful production management. They'll tell you that's industry standard but it's frankly rubbish. But you need the boxes to continue operating so they've got you bent over a barrel and you have to pay. I've ordered 1000s of boxes at a time before with other suppliers and never been charged for their misproduction. What a joke. Never ordering from them again.

Very poor customer service trying to return a large item that was no longer needed. Item was delivered in protective packaging twice the size of item listed on site, so about 2m x 1m, and therefore unable to return via Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, DPD etc. Called DavPack who werent helpful and seemed annoyed that I was asking for help from the get go and in the end said it would cost me 25 to return through them (the price of the item). In short to other prospective customers please be aware that if ordering a small amount of items and if wanting the option to return, you will be unlikely to without costing a fortune. Wholly dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service and delivery, especially as the suggestion from the team was that it was more economically to thrown it away rather than return. At least its cardboard so hopefully can be recycled. In short, do not purchase (unless youre very very sure of your order).

Dav pack use a PPL to deliver their products who are rude and never ever on time and cannot be trusted. I will not be using Dav Pack in the future. Also it should be said that both companies try and fault the customer and do very little to remedy poor service. Avoid (if they keep on using PPL).

I've used Davpack for years but whenever they're OOS they send you an email and expect you to chase them over your order. I don't think this values the customer and when I raised this with the service team their reply was 'we get hundreds of orders a day and we're only a small customer service team'. The person on the phone didn't seem bothered at all. Lucky for you Davpack that you get hundreds of orders per day and unlucky for your customers that you can't be bothered. I'll be transferring my business somewhere else.
