        Weve had a bad experience of this company. Engineer who came out massively exaggerated the issue verbally. The office promised to get back to us the same day with a quote as it was urgent. One week later we have heard nothing more. No report of the survey or problem, no quote for the remedial work and no receipt for the money weve paid.
