All the carers who visit my 90 year old mum are friendly and very helpful, and she only has lovely things to say about their work and characters. This is a load off my mind. They are flexible and help her do all sorts of jobs and this means she can continue to live as independently as possible. I am so glad we found you!

Following a hip replacement I needed personal help in the morning. I was immediately attracted to West Park Care because they were offering convalescence care. In other words care for a short period of time. Once I made contact with West Park Care they immediately understood my requirements. They assessed me in a friendly professional manner. All the staff who came to my home, came on time and were extremely friendly, efficient and professional. At a difficult time for myself, everyone kept me positive and nothing was too much trouble. We have been using WPC for 18 months and would very highly recommend. The carers are wonderful - highly professional, reliable and caring, nothing too much trouble. They provide daily personal care for our 2 elderly parents, administer meds, help with meals and even pick up fish n chips for lunch 1 day a week. The management/admin staff are equally caring, always on top of everything, updating records, care plans etc, and we have regular meetings with them. Everyone goes the extra mile day or night. WPC is not the cheapest care organisation but they cannot be faulted in anyway and they give the family reassurance that our parents are well looked after if we are not there. The Nurse Buddy app is fantastic as can see how mum n dad are at every visit, exactly what services have been provided and if there is anything we need to do.
