Grantham Caravans Ltd

We brought a Atlantic awning 1400 and was told it was the best awning it would withstand any weather conditions. It had been up 2 weeks 1st gust of wind and it had completely collapsed awning ripped poles bent damaged side of my caravan. I took pictures and emailed Grantham to be told there was nothing they could do I'm extremely disappointed and will never by off these again I will go back to an air awning

Very nice people. We have decided to buy a new caravan. So will keep you updated. Well picked up New caravan . took it out for a weekend to make sure it was all working . All working correctly . But the build quality is abysmal , looks like 2 one armed blind monkeys built it on POETS day . The main interior door would not latch, on closer inspection the striker plate was 10mm to high . so re fitted to enable the door to latch .None of the other latches are fitted correctly will adjust these now the van is at home . most of the LED strips fell off , have re fitted those as well . the cable tidy's that run over head in the bedroom are not fixed correctly and will source some 3M double sided tape to re fit these .the edge cover / protector that the main door sits against is also falling off so will have to re attach that . none of the joining edges have been finished .The design of the van is perfect , just let down by the slap dash build . Hardly Elite . Oh and just for good measure they are looking to make nearly 4k on my trade in van .. so looks like you are better off selling private !

Lovely experience, no hard sell left to just browse stock. Fantastic customer service and even staff remembered us from a purchase at an exhibition show over 12month ago.
