        The residents are very friendly and helpful. They are all over 50 as that is one of the policies here and no children. So it's also clean and quiet. The homes are of various sizes and some of them are quite spacious. Buying a home here is better than renting and you look after it as you would an ordinary house. This place makes use of the main sewerage (no cesspits) and you have access to propane gas and electricity. Water and electricity is metered. If you rent, you can buy electric tokens. Each home has one dedicated parking space and there is plenty of space for visitors or a second car. The management and team are not good or helpful and you do have to push to get things done and it's worse if you are a renter. It would seem their only interested is making sure all the homes are occupied and the money is coming in. If it wasn't for the residents I would not give it a star rating.
