Reception Academy

I've paid for my course and for personal reasons I asked for prolonging the time to take an exam. I've sent 10 or more e-mails abd I didn't get any kind of response. So rude and disrespectful attitude towards student. I also tried to contact my coach but it turned out he's not working for them any more. I absolutely don't recommend at all.

Highly recommended! This is one of the best decisions I ever made. The course was so helpful and informative. I really felt well equipped for future roles. They even helped with applications, interviews and gave constructive feedback. I especially loved the exercises that prepared us for different types of situations. My favourite was spotting the difference in all kinds of scenarios. Its really stayed with me as attention to detail is a must in my current role and this helped me so much. Thanks Martin!

I attended my Reception academy course at the start of September which lasted for 3 weeks. I had an amazing experience there and met alot of great people. My trainer was Pierre who I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to be a receptionist. I managed to find a receptionist job at a 5 star hotel at the Networking event at the end of the course! Would highly recommend to anyone!!
