At the end of 2022, whist on a "Jack the Ripper Walking Tour" I walked past Casual Fitters. There were staff and customers in the shop and the atmosphere looked fantastic. I did what anyone today would, and Googled and checked out the website. Sure, I looked at the competition but came back again and again to Casual Fitters so, looking for a suit for a major family event in 2023, I made an appointment (You do need to do this. Firstly its easy on CF's website, secondly you get uninterrupted time with your tailor.) I am 61 years old. I have always worn good clothes as finances permitted. I have NEVER had service like this. Tremaine is firstly an outstanding tailor-I'm not just talking about measuring someone for a suit. He has a total understanding of what looks not just good, but what looks excellent. He has a knowledge which extends equally to shirts, then to ties shoes and even (not joking here...) socks. Secondly the customer experience was sublime. We have already recommended one very close family member. His experience mirrored ours-I say ours because my wife was with me every time and the experience was totally involving for all of us. I have no reservation in recommending Tremaine and Casual Fitters. You will get FANTASTIC service, OUTSTANDING value and of course suiting and shirting that is, in my wife's words, "SENSATIONAL". Just picked up my suit after the final fitting. The suit is better than I could have ever expected. The experience from the first fitting to the last was very enjoyable. Tremaine guided me through the entire process and my choices, and made sure my suit fitted very well. What is more, compared to all the other options is amazing value! Looking forward to having more clothes made and a real learning experience about suits. Service: Suit tailoring
