        feels like a decent premise, but is let down by glitchy systems (it still feels a bit beta) and particularly by the inflexibility of processes - eg you have to do all reviews using their one set system, which is unlikely to be the way most people want to do reviews. It feels like it all needs to be a lot more adaptable to the way different companies want to structure reviews
