One of the worst agencies to work with do not join with them. First off a person named Kay Cronin' had me booked in for a work assignment which she only said I would work a day to then find out she had me put down for 4 days without any discussion whatsoever. Secondly Once I submitted my timesheet for the days I worked the week before I was meant to be paid I ended up not getting my money on time and in which they were putting me in a very disadvantage situation. I called numerous times to the staff wanting a answer and none of them could help me, Kay didn't show any serious concern and I believed she was ignoring me until I had to email a serious complaint to herself and management for them to pay me my money urgently for the hours I worked. Once I had finally spoke to Kay on the phone the first time after sending an email of complaint she was very aggressive and rude with me on the phone which didn't make sense as I was the one effected by her poor way of handling the situation. this agency along with a few others will be on the rejection avoid list.
