        Appalling company and service. Did not achieve occupancy and revenue levels promised. Missed several check in's which I then had to do myself and they returned keys to the wrong Keynest shops. Avoided any responsibility for their mistakes after I terminated them and sent the owner a formal complaint with all of the details. They then tried to turn it around on me by saying they couldn't perform as I was becoming involved - which I only had to do when they failed to perform initially. A lot of the 5 star reviews given here are by their own staff. To top it off they charged 20% + VAT which was higher than rivals I switched to which turned out to provide a better service.
