They will always try to take advantage of you. They take weeks to fix anything, they never send a proper technician, not even for the boiler, the come to fix things with out tools so they ask to borrow from you. And worse of all when you try to push them to fix something thats when they start threatening you. Just unbelievable. Stay clear of this people.

MY son was living in london and tryed to rent through kbros . he applied for a room in a share house and payed a deposit and agent fee .He is an Australian Citizen and they would not accept an international guarantee so after he moved in was given notice to vacate within 24 hours... when we requested our money back Humayun Kambir told him it was not his problem .... Due to having no where to live he was flown back to Australia and hes dream of living and working in the UK was cut short due to this . would not recommend this agent in anyway ... 8 months later still no refund ......think you are criminals ..please do not trust this agent !
