The Chuckle Brothers of Asian Wedding Videography. Avoid Avoid Avoid! They are the biggest fraudsters on this planet (two brothers running the business). They are inexperienced and incompetent! They ruined my whole wedding experience. The videographer and photographers are totally inexperienced. I got married in April 2017 and I am still waiting on my wedding film/DVDs. By the time I receive the wedding film, DVD players will no longer exist. I purchased a package which included an A3 sized photo album, Wedding film videography (three wedding DVDs) and photo edit on 100 images. Last month they sent me unedited wedding photos from my wedding, I was stunned when the pictures arrived and included out of focus shots of us (bride and groom), the back of guests heads and random pictures taken of the chair and floor. From the time we booked them, they have moved offices three times (impossible to get hold of), they lost our USB and recently they sent us wedding photos of someone elses wedding day which is very concerning. I am still waiting for my wedding film / three DVDs. I watched the draft copy of my wedding film approx 3 years ago (which had our names spelt incorrectly and had the wrong wedding date). I have since requested for this to be amended and issued. They are like the Chuckle Brothers if you call them, they say to contact the other brother (and vice versa), they have dragged this on for 6 years now. Their communication is really poor as they speak little English and fail to respond via text, WhatsApp or email. You explain to them how you want things done on the wedding day and they just do whatever they want. The post wedding communication was non existent, kept advising us they are busy or will call back or meet in the office. I paid for a service which they failed to deliver. I received an A3 photo album 5 years after my wedding, please note, I did not get the opportunity to choose the photos from my own wedding, this was selected by one brother. The photos were not edited as agreed and paid for. Please read the other reviews posted. Ignore the only 5 star review in which is them reviewing themselves (not discreetly) PLEASE AVOID TO SAVE TIME, MONEY, ENERGY.

Do not use this service. I've worked with dozens of Photographers and this bechara is the worst. 1) He lies that he can use drones and other equipment, he cannot 2) Collegues in the industry will confirm he is not good at enhanced equipment 3) He's footage is all shaky 4) Hes focus is on dead items - so if your the focus, he focusses on the chair - you will not get good footage. This company should only be used by people who want to pay cheap and don't want any good footage. He offered me a full refund for my company and till this day has ignored all the messages. We are sending him to court soon!

Please stay away from these cons!absolutely ruined my brothers and sister in laws wedding film to a very very poor standard. The man failed to communicate nor resolve the manner appropriately. Absolutely classic example of unprofessional unqualified hooligans who jus happened to open a business.
