        Poor service. I was a walk-in customer. Upon arrival, I was not told the price or given options for different services. Without asking, the 'technician' simply cut my nails short and cut my cuticles -- neither of which I wanted. I was then charged the full price. The finish was rough -- as though she took no pride in what she was doing. I could had done it myself and kept 23. No smoothing, no finishing of nails. Will not go back.
