I love Cos clothes and shop here regularly but was very disappointed by a recent customer service experience at this store. The gentleman at the counter was rude and patronising to me purely because I was returning an item (well within the allotted time frame), and was lovely and friendly to the people who came to the counter before and after me to purchase items instead.
