Marlee showed us the wonderful flat that weve just bought, then saw us through every stage of the purchase. Shes exceptional - helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Tony managed our purchase along with Marlee and was also highly professional and friendly. They make you feel important, to Chase Evans and as people. I dont think we could have had a better experience. Thoroughly recommended.

Hi, I will be leaving an extremely fair review for this awful company since they dont even deserve a star, as soon as i book with them, I found out the same flat in the building was 600 more cheaper than i rented for, when i asked them why, they could not tell me anything, and since I already paid them 6 months of rent in advance, i was not able to do much, when i come to the flat the kitchen walls had smear it was discusting and the sofa with all the chairs were so filthy, I have no idea how the previous tenant was able to live in the flat, as soon as I moved in, I made them clean it, however after 6 months, they blamed me that i made the smears etc. Even the guy who came from check out report company said to me, why did you move into this flat, it does not look good etc. this is how deceiving they are, and now they are trying to steal my deposit. by charging me 315 cleaning invoice for the 1 bedroom flat, I have already cleaned the house very demandingly. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS MONEY THIRST DISCUSTING COMPANY. MY LAWYER IS TAKING THEM TO THE COURT AND I DONT WISH THIS ANYONE TO BE TIME WASTED AND ABUSED LIKE THIS

Called several times regarding a 2 bedroom apartment in Cornell Building. Each time was told that I would get a call back. Recently tried calling today and they immediately hung up. It was last noted as price reduced on 22/11/2022. If the property has been sold it should be taken off listings or marked under offer or sold STC. At the very least they could call me back and tell me its not available, but offer some other similar properties instead

Marlee originally showed us the flat that we have bought. We fell in love with it instantly. From the outset Marlee herself - and then Tony too - were helpful at every single stage of the process of buying. There were complexities - like that the seller was in another country. Marlee and Tony smoothed out the difficulties for us, even though, technically, they were acting for the seller. We felt assured that they were acting for us as well, and very genuinely. When we took possession of the flat, on Valentine's Day, my wife and I toasted the event with Marlee, after she had given us the keys and we walked into it for the first time as our own. Friends and family see it as a dream home. We could not be more grateful than we are to Chase Evans for their handling of the sale of it to us. We love everything about it.
