I engaged Dexter to rent out my house and my flat in the City and Dexters provided an honest and professional service. I dont expect much from estate agents these days, but Dexters especially took the time to explain the market and understand the tenant I was looking for. Rather than bothering me with bureaucratic details, they took it upon themselves to do the legwork, and after only a few days of viewings we had fantastic offers. I would like to single out Nick and Jilka for their fantastic and friendly service. They were passionate about our flat and about their jobs, always providing friendly buy honest advice and feedback.

Went out on a viewing with Hettie, and she was really kind and welcoming, Ive been on many viewings with loads of different agents, and not one compared to her. She answered all questions. Thanks Hettie!

Had a great experience with Hettie showing me around a lovely place in E1 and she made a concerted effort to send over more properties that fit my (very picky) criteria! Househunting as a renter in London is a pretty overwhelming process and Hettie stood out as the warmest, most mindful person I liaised with. :)
