        Great service from staff, didnt manage to catch his name but was super helpful and purchased a pair of carhatt shorts for a mere 30 with the recent discounts! Great experience, definitely recommend and will return!

        Never going back!!!! James is the worst manager and Rachel the worst sales assistant i've ever met!. Phil Stace ( the owner) should be ashamed that he has such mediocre staff working for him. I'm embarrassed for him. With people like that running the spitalfields store the business isn't going to last much longer. Good luck.

        I dont know if it was bad timing or theyre refurbing. Went in early Feb 2022 and it seemed more like a warehouse. Complete mess. Staff made me feel like I was a nuisance when I tried to ask about sizes. Really strange. Its as if they dont want you to buy anything. Good selection of brands. But looks like theyre probably more focused on the online store.
