        Staff not knowledgable about products they sell - asked for a facial oil that helps with tret dryness - kept on being pushed hyaluronic acid and vitamin c which wouldnt work. The service is generally subpar - stood around waiting for help whilst two people stood about chatting to each other. Better shop online or at other outlets that stock the same products.

        Staff here are excellent. I came in with an extremely specific need, and although we couldnt quite find the right thing, the staff took time to listen, helped me find alternatives, and helped narrow down my search.

        Staff here are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Despite it being the closest to my house I go to Kings Cross where the manager and team are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
