Had my eyes tested by Maeve and she was so great. Thorough and explained everything in detail to me, listened to my concerns and conducted additional testing to make sure everything was all good. Very patient and kind too.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist

And luckily, could buy 2 pair glasses for 149 while their were running a promotion. Which is a very good price :)
The staff were friendly, they have a nice selection of frames and the delivery was quite promptly (waited 6\7days).
definitely, i recommend to check out this house if you are looking for specs.

1. The frames I initially wanted were only available in their Covent Garden Store. This meant I had to go across London and personally bring the frames from Covent Garden to Spitalfields as they wouldn't allow me to just purchase in the store I was having the eye test in.
2. The frames I spent extra effort getting were the last in stock. When these were sent out to the Lab to have lenses put in they were very misshapen with an additional 2 cm of width added between the arms which made them unwearable. The Lady in store tried to help to fix this but was unable to and the frames were misshapen further with the shape being very wonky. I cannot get a new pair of frames now as this was the last one in stock and was the reason I made the purchase in the first place
3. Upon trying to recover a full refund the store have refused to provide this and have withheld 25 towards the free eye test and haven't offered me an opportunity to get a different frame which is against their own policy on their website and against consumer rights. The resolution of this is now being taken further with the ombudsman.
