        Served by two incredibly rude and unhelpful staff who gave off very strong whiffs of you cannot afford these shoes. Decided not to buy and have decided not to return. @ 4pm on Saturday 4 February (for naming and shaming)

        Was looking for some Chelsea boots had been to Grenson and Cheaney but didn't have what I was looking for. Popped into Loake as still wanted a British made boot. Was greeted by a fantastic man called Kevin we had a good old chat and was impressed by his knowledge and left with some Chelsea boots plus Blue Light Discount on top. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a visit.
