Visited the Spitalfields store, and was greeted by Imogen. What a great experience! I did not feel rushed, not pressured. Imogens knowledge and passion for Peloton was incredible. I would happily recommend this store to anyone considering purchasing a bike.

'Try it', they said. I came to the Peloton Store in Spitalfields (2 Horner Square) with the question of how the bike + is versus the bike. The rep. showed me the features and then said I should try it. Wow, trying it really highlighted the bike + features. I asked about the Tread and they had me try a bootcamp. The combination of cardio and strength distinguishes the Peloton product from other treadmills. The Peloton team is very welcoming and professional. Trying the equipment made me truly appreciate the experience. So often I have tried on exercise clothing, why wouldn't I try out the exercise equipment? If you have any inkling to exercise at home, then you owe it to yourself to make an educated decision on your purchase by visiting the in-store experts.

Imogen was brilliant. Super helpful and very well-informed, able to answer all our questions and spent ages with us going through all the options available to us.
