Nisbets Catering Equipment Shoreditch Store

Enquired about buying a high volume of wine glasses. Not in stock and couldn't tell me when they would be or even if they were on order. Surprisingly dismissive and uninterested.

I have been waiting outside for more than and hour and its 10.30 am,supposed to be open from 9am Tried to call customer service, no reply. Tried to call the shop, no reply Dont waste your time

Wasted a Saturday morning waiting for them to open. I was in urgency and needed to rush, they were supposed to be open. Someone outside the shop told me that the manager who supposed to have the keys of the shop was late. After more or less 1 hour of waiting another guy this time a Nisbets employee approached me and instead of opening the shop he said that they were going to open at least at 11.30. I was there waiting since 9.30. And they were supposed to be open at 9! On top of this nonsense when I finally went in l,they were also rude, I was asking for an item and they didn't even make the effort to help me get it, and there were 3 of them behind the counter, confirming their poor customer service (to use a nice comment). I will make sure to not find myself in the situation to have to use them. ( also on top of all this they are also crazy expensive compared to any other shop online). Please don't go there.

My first interaction with Nisbets to now has really changes, they may make mistakes here and there but very quick and efficient to resolve this. Ive decided to increase my initial 1 star to 4.
