Similar to the reviewer below, the shop is really quite expensive but when you buy something no-one mentions the return policy, which is for in-store credit only. And it is worth mentioning because that is so unusual in 2023. They also offer a proper 28 day return policy on online shopping which means you're penalised for visiting their bricks and mortar shop. If you have to engage in such deceptive practices to keep your physical shop open, maybe switch to an online-only model.

Awful, archaic refund policy, they rigidly only offer store credit for returns. I bought my girlfriend a gift here which she didn't want and I'm subsequently stuck with a voucher for over a hundred and eighty pounds that I can't spend. Zero flexibility, zero empathy. Avoid.
