Cant rate these guys highly enough. Took my D air jacket in for de-registration, Dale sorted it all out quickly and efficiently, it so nice to get great customer service these days

I love this shop and also the brand. The staff in there are very helpful, last time i visited there they have helped me to choose correct size jacket. Without their help i would have definitely made a mistake and thats why it's a better idea to try on motorcycle gear before you purchase and in this shop you can get the help. However the reason to give 4* but not 5* is that last time when i went there, selected a jacket to buy and brought it to the till to pay, the price was almost 100 more than described on jacket i mean why would you put wrong prices on the jacket in the first place and i have checked the price tag with the staff before i selected the jacket. I felt embarrassed on the till as the increased price was not in my budget and i had to leave that jacket. luckily i also liked another one which i took. I also wanted to take leather pants but didn't as i was a bit disappointed at that time and wasn't sure if the prices were correct on them also because seems like staff didn't have a clue about prices until the item is scanned at till. Will go back another time to get leather pants also.

Very disappointed the way Ive been treated in the store this Saturday I bought a jacket and a pair of textile trousers carve master3 gore-tex not cheap After i wear this costume in a heavy rain 35 miutes i got my bottom wet and my left arm jacket, so i went to the store to tell them how unhappy i was about this matter There was one lad Nico who done his best to try to help me when this woman show up and give me no chance to solve this issue nicely Was very rude and explained to me that even if i m not happy with the product I cant do anything and they send the costume to Italy for expertise for two weeks, also offered me another costume weared by who knows how many people before Also she was telling me gore-tex is a membrane that is not 100% waterproof and you could just get another water repellent over this costume Then whats the point spending 1200 if you have to invest even more to stay dry Best option ill say it will be to buy a cheap costume and spend extra for water repellent Ladies and Gentleman's i would not recommend this store again and I feel disgusted about her unprofessional treatment Ive got many leather and textile clothing from this store but never had any problem with them Next time when you go shoping make sure you make the right choice because it wont be a refund or anything good for the customer Very disappointed
