Colorful Standard

Love the products but the staff was more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers or keep the shop floor clean and organized. The changing room set up is really awkward in this location. I think I will stick with shooing online.

Customer service told me to visit the store to get a refund. Turns out this isn't allowed in the store and the store staff were pretty unhelpful. Store is tiny not worth a visit. I think I'm done with this brand...

If you like hearing about the latest staff gossip, hungover staff grumpy about having to open on time, being ignored, having no sizes available, super cramped changing stall. Then this is the store for you! Their oversized range is comfy though. Try the random colours for sizing in store then buy online.

I had heard great things about Colourful Standard, especially regarding the sustainability of their clothing. I visited the Shoreditch store for the first time this week: the clothing looked wonderful, but the customer service severely let it down. None of the store assistants seemed willing to help me as I browsed the clothing, which sadly put me off buying anything.

love the concept of the store and the quality of the products are great too. the guy who helped me was very nice and patient as I kept asking him to check the stock for multiple size and colour combinations. I get so many compliments for my red hat + scarf + socks combo! I will surely be back for more.
