We've been a tenant in a property which is managed by this organisation SSBA. The worst management agency we have ever seen and heard! They do not provide any decent service except being very animalistic when it comes to collect rent! No help provided to tenants in this pandemic time! The management is not accountable to anyone and have no transparent to its tenants, no board meetings, no AGM over for many years. The manager is rude, irresponsible, arrogant and behave with tenants like a drug-dealer! Whereas this SSBA suppose to help local people on behalf of the very good-hearted and generous building owners who have dedicated this ex-Synagogue for this disadvantaged local small businesses and the community. All the board members have resigned except 2 remaining members who are incompetent, heart-less and just there for the name not for the community. They do not hold any board meetings, do not manage the unprofessional staff and do not respond to any complain and concerns of its tenants. The current chairman Aziz chowdhury's incompetency resulted in SSBA losing the management of the beautiful community asset Montefiore Centre in Hanbury Street which was taken by the council for SSBA's mismanagement and incompetency. The same lot are repeating the same things here at BDC. Who knows what will be the fate of this centre in the future if they are allowed to continue their arrogance, laziness, mismanagement of the building, threatening behaviour towards its tenants, having grudge against anyone who raise concerns about their injustices and unprofessional behaviour. The organisation had a very good reputation under the leadership of former ceo late Kay Jordan RIP. However this incompetent lot, both the management headed by Edith and the board chaired by Aziz choudhury and his only one 'yesman', have lost the Montefiore Centre about a year ago because of their mismanagement and wrong attitude and they're repeating the same thing here at BDC tenants. Expose this lot to the public so that no one become a victim of Edith and Aziz Private Limited Company!
