Aware if u even seen the name Kabber, the worst agent in the world. As other reviews already stated, he will talk to u nicely and then ignore everything u need. No deposit back and the powers ,gas, water always went out. He already left ideal location but still, be aware. Another ideal location office will claim this one has nothing to do with them so u will get no help.

I lived here for 7 months. Upon leaving they did not want to give me my deposit back. All calls and messages are being ignored and so the only option is small claims court, seems like this is the only way people can get this problem solved - see other reviews!

Properties of Ideal Locations are in ideal locations, but the agency is not ideal at all. I lived in the flatshare rented from Ideal Locations agency for about one year. Maintenance and cleaning service were very bad. We had blocked sink few months, lights out in the bathroom more than 2 weeks. No one bothered to come and fix it. They did not top up gas and electricity on time, opposite to what was agreed on a contract. We had to do it ourselves. According to the contract, cleaning services were promised every 2 weeks. In reality, cleaners came only 4 times per year and cleaning was very poor quality. I gave them 1-month leaving notice, as per contract, but they didnt want to give me my deposit back. No reason was provided. I have sent a warning letter by a Royal Mail and threatened them with Small claim court. Only after this, I received my deposit back. To summarise agency was not helpful at all. They often ignored my emails and phone calls. It was like watching some odd TV show about the worst agencies in the UK.
