Staff are miserable and a plant died in my terrarium within a week, cheaper than other places but clearly they dont put the correct plants in the terrariums

I found this gem of a shop while killing time to meet up with old friends. Prices are very reasonable, in fact much more reasonable than south London. Bought a succulent known as a panda plant, as I managed to kill my last one by not watering then over-watering. So far so good, its doing well. Owner was really lovely gave me a discount without my asking, really happy with plant. All the plants I looked at very healthy. It is such a beautiful shop I am sure I could spent my entire day admiring all the plants and flowers.

They have a great selection of plants beautifully displayed. I went a couple of times after work and have to say that Ishil is fantastic even though I arrive in the last hour because of my work schedule, she is always amazing with her willingness to help, her recommendations, and the way she explains how to take care of every plant to a newbie plant-mom like me. Hats off to her wonderful work! I am truly happy with my plants and will definitely go back for more, as my floating house looks happier now and so am I! Thank you Ishil, you rock

I bought a plant from the Liverpool Street shop for my friend for her birthday. Unfortunately, after she took the plant home it became clear that the plant is diseased. The disease is prevalent throughout the plant and there has been some leaf drop with the yellowest most infested leaves dropping off. I messaged this shop twice on Instagram explaining this and asking for some kind of compensation for my friend, as she now has to treat the plant so it doesn't infect her other plants. But they didn't reply at all. And the plant cost 75.
